- JKJ KAug 13, 20251.0I'm an account holder, stopped in as I needed something notarized. The teller greeted me warmly, told me that someone would be with me shortly as everyone of the desk staff were occupied. I sat there patiently, one of the agents finished up with her customer, then walked right past me across the lobby to gab with one of her colleagues who was still with someone else, and when they left those two just sat there talking. I bank at several different WF branches and have never had an issue being treated like a valued account holder, except for this branch. Apparently they're quite used to people sitting around in their Lobby for 25 minutes without bothering to check why they are there
