    I had an excellent experience getting a loan with Trustco. Alyssa O. and Mark C. helped me in the whole process. They are one of the best people I have worked with in doing banking. I have other loans and baking needs with other banks, but this bank exceeded costumer service satisfaction to me. After inquiring around with many other banks, this is the bank that gave me the best rate and amount of money I needed.

    Mark Cooper and Alyssa Orlikowski helped us through the process of securing a HELOC. The process was both fast and easy and they were very responsive to questions. Doing business with Trustco for regular banking, mortgages, loans, etc. is truly hometown in nature. If you’re looking for that type of experience, trust Trustco.

    Wanted to highlight the extraordinary customer service and professionalism provided by Alyssa Orlikowski at the Venice Trustco Branch (2057 S Tamiami Trail) during a recent financial transaction. From start to finish, Alyssa provided welcoming, prompt and clear communications about the Trustco product offerings that ultimately honed in on the best option for my needs. There were multiple meetings before deciding upon a "final offering" and during that period Alyssa was available to discuss in detail, review and answer all of my questions. It was a wonderful experience to have a local Venice bank that provides such outstanding service to their clients, building an "In-Person" customer rapport and making them feel VALUED. Once the product offering was selected, the end to end process was SO smooth with NO hassle and NO stress. Alyssa continually kept on top of status and any action(s) she was taking OR that I needed to complete to keep the process moving forward and to ensure my customer satisfaction. Within a few short weeks, the process was successfully completed. Amazing! While in today’s electronic world there are many Internet online OR Phone 1-800 financial options to consider, - but you never know WHO is actually working your request, especially for inquires or if problems occur. I couldn’t be more pleased having stopped into this Venice branch and ultimately selected to go with a very competitive Trustco offering.
