So there fraud department shut off access to my account for a week while they investigate the deposit. Absolutely no reason other “there is nothing we can do sir”. How is a federally insured company allowed to do this? They are not holding the funds No they shut down my access. Been with the bank 10 years. My paycheck will be deposited and I have no access. As soon as I can I will no longer do business with or accept checks on this scam institution.
