Every time I walk in the branch I am greated and I feel very welcomed. I am sorry that the previous customer had a bad experience there. (Ms. Martinez) Perhaps look in a mirror and maybe it could be you. I just can’t see how you would think these ladies would be racially profiling you. 🤦♂️

I’m already a customer with an active auto loan, so I assumed this would be straightforward. Instead, I was ignored by Gemiqua Tolbert and later met with a deeply offensive comment from Maureen Berry: “If you don’t have a website or something confirming your business, how are we to confirm it’s a business and you’re not laundering money?” That statement felt racially charged and completely inappropriate. I had full documentation and a clear purpose. As a Latina entrepreneur, I left feeling judged, stereotyped, and disrespected. TD Bank needs to train its staff to treat minority business owners with dignity and professionalism. We deserve better.
