- JJJohnAug 19, 20255.0Came to this bank for account assistance and was helped by Blake. I cannot speak highly enough of his kindness and professionalism. There is such a rarity to have such a real person at an establishment. SouthState has quite an asset with him in their ranks.

A 120 minute call into customer service to tell me the only thing they can help with is send me to a branch for more info. And the branch to immediately scoff that customer service/customer care could not assist over the phone. This place has a lot of great mortgage officers, unfortunately their teller and customer facing staff is either under trained or under paid to care for the customer.
