Always fast, kind, professional service, and a doggie treat for my best friend.

The lady I spoke with was rude. Didn't want to answer my questions and was acting like she was in a hurry to be some place else. Tried getting me out the door as fast as she could.

Wish I could rate 0 stars. Absolutely disgusting interaction with the "branch manager". Could not believe the rude and condescending attitude displayed today. There is a way to handle customers in a polite manner before jumping to conclusions and getting nasty. This branch completely FAILED today. I feel bad for the employees because I'm sure it's not easy to work for someone so blatantly rude and nasty. Would not recommend doing any form of buisness here.

Very unprofessional! Tellers were complaining about customers in front of other customers. Staff was not friendly or helpful. I went in to pay off a loan, and considered starting a new account. However after witnessing their behavior, I decided that BB&T was definitely not the bank for me.
