- MSMike SmithDec 20, 20252.0330pm on a Friday afternoon and there was only 1, maybe 2 reps at the counter. I had to deactivate a card due to fraud and get a replacement. The rep said I had to use the mobile app to do that and assured I would have access to a temp card while I wait for the new card. This was mostly a lie! They left me with NO access to MY money unless it's mobile banking. Then I was told "looks like you'll have to wait for the new card to arrive".
