They just don’t care anymore. You’re nothing but numbers to them. They could care less if you bank with them or not. On top of their poor customer service then there’s the lack of knowledge. They promote online banking, but yet the online banking does not know what the branches are doing and vice versa. It’s like two separate banks. I don’t really even know what the purpose of keeping the branches open is. You ask them questions and they have to call somebody else. Loans get approved or denied from a third-party tellers are serving as loan officers. I’m sure I can keep going. save yourself the headaches and go somewhere else. I have definitely seen a decline in their service since becoming Truist.

Worst customer care EVER!
I was made to put on a mask BUT the boss man walked all over the branch without a mask. Behind the counter, all over the lobby! Hypocrites!!
7 employees in the branch, and they could not do a wire!!!! Said I had to have an appointment. God forbid one of the seven could get off their LAZY LAZY personalities and work. SUNTRUST, NEVER AGAIN. BTW, you can't do a wire from home unless you make an appointment to go to the branch to get a PIN # that allows you to do a wire from home!! WOW
