Absolutely the worst suntrust branch I've ever dealt with. Just a matter of time before I move everything to another bank.

Excellent client services and support from the associates at Truist Bank. It’s always a pleasure visiting the bank with cheerful tellers and relationship bankers.

Waited for 20min for the teller to tell me wait for a banker. Never got any acknowledgment from the 1 of the 4 bankers. Not my first bad experience at this branch

This rating is for telephone contact only..
This branch line is always busy and a voice message comes on requesting my number for the Manager to call back which he never does!
I can never get anyone over the phone.
Not a good bank for telephone customer service contact.
