    Just love this credit union! They helped me with a car loan when I first got the car back in 2017. Today they are helping my daughter in the branch located at Grand Transverse Plaza. Both Christine and Ced were personable and professional on a crazy business Friday afternoon.

    I don’t like to leave bad reviews but this is absolutely the worst car buying experience I have ever had by far. The first person I went to supposedly did all the paperwork wrong so I am unable to register the car. I went over his head to management and she illegally backdated new paperwork for myself and my husband to sign. She promised to Fed Ex me paperwork and call me the next day when this was taken care of. Needless to say, despite having taken multiple days off work, I am still waiting for either Fed Ex or a phone call. This office is completely unprofessional from management down to the “loan officers “ Now there will be all kinds of fines and penalties to pay because they can’t get their act together and it is going on 30 days. Maybe I should stop payment on the loan since they can’t put the car in my name. Either that or have a lawyer advise me further . Edit: Now as of today. They illegally added over $1100 to my loan without permission, As a matter of fact, I explicitly stated that I did not want that applied to my loan because I did not want to pay interest on it and that I would pay it cash at the DMV. This is predatory lending at its worse!

    I have been a member of this credit union for many years now. Wanda Sanchez was the first to approve my loan. I've been with her ever since while I appreciate other branches. I continue to return because one the Sanchez. Assist you and God you in the best way she is truly exceptional.

    The check was meant for savings,not for truck payment. Every month it's some problem.

    I went in to finalize an auto refinance, and Christine who was filling in for Deborah was awesome. She worked with me and we were able to get the process done a lot quicker than we had thought.
