- JKJeanine KitzingerJul 12, 20231.0I arrived on time today for a scheduled appointment with Maria Friedman that I made online. When I arrived I was told that she had just left, I said "Are you sure? I have an appointment" and preceded to show her my confirmation. She said, well sorry, she left! I said, Well I guess that just made up my mind for me and I do not want to give TDBANK my business. I had just come from a meeting at Chase bank and it was clean and the entire staff was friendly and knowledgeable and I truly felt valued. My experience with TDBANK was the exact opposite of that. The lobby was filthy, the were smudges all over the doors and windows, like they had not been cleaned in a year and the staff was rude and unhelpful! Maria Friedman called as I was pulling into my driveway making lame excuses for why she was not there for my scheduled meeting and I explained to her exactly why TDBANK will never get my business! Terrible customer Service, They don't care about their customers and it is filthy! STAY AWAY!!!!
- RBrobert brownJan 3, 20225.0I come in once a month and deposit over 40 checks. Its a lot of work for them but No one ever complains. They treat you like family. They all say "hello Rob" when i come in. I have been in on over 10 separate occasions to get documents notarized. Its a great place to bank. Thank you guys for all that you do. You guys are the best! Not sure about some of the other reviews i see below. One guy was mad because they didn't waive a check fee. lol. I guess some people are natural born complainers. Might be some internal issues there.
