I came in to set up a second business account, I set an appointment and then the day I set my appointment they told me to come back the next day. Cuz.They didn't have anybody here to help me. Then the next day upon setting up the account even being current member I was bombarded with sales pitches by Sylvia. The manager Shirley was unhelpful in getting what I needed and the whole process was just a pain. Depos I honestly don't know why I use this bank... there has got to be a better option.

The employees in this bank are rude and not professional. This it's the worst customer service that I have ever experienced. Time to close all my accounts with truist. This is at Temple Terrace location.

They didn't want to serve me because I arrived 20 minutes before closing time.

I joined this bank and was very happy with everything. I am transwering all my money from GTE to trust for 2 reasons. I live very close and g. T. E! We'll pay pay a charge when you don't have the necessary funds they will, do you insufficient funds, but they will pay. OK so I went to C cee's pizza and I was $2 short, but they paid it and charge me $35. So this is a complaint against g. T. E! And there's no way to prevent. I don't know if truth has the same policy but beware of overdraft fees. At GTE credit Union, there's no way to opt out. Opt you in and charge you thirty five dollars

My wife and I have accounts in SunTrust. One day we had 2 papers that we needed a witness to sign that they saw us sign the paperwork properly. The branch was not busy, they had 3 customer service agents available. The first one said she was a notary and when we told her that we needed a witness to sign and she refused. Remember the days you could go in a bank and could get almost anything you needed documented,
