  I waited 34 minutes at the drive up to find out it is commercial transactions only. The banker took it however waiting over a half a hour to make a deposit is not customer service. I've banked here for 8 years and the time it takes for 1 transaction is beyond anyone's time. Please fix your time management TD bank. Do better

  I sincerely hope that all branch offices operate differently. Otherwise this is going to be a poor reflection on all of TD. This location and the other on dale mabry, are the reason I closed an account that had been open for years. Months ago I went into the Dale mabry branch to be added as joint owner on an account. They kept us there for a couple of hours and assured us that everything went through. Fast forward to one of our most recent visits to this 56th branch, we found out they never processed the addition and I did not receive a debit card in my name for the account. If there was an error with the system or paperwork, we were never contacted or called about it. Most recently needed to re-title the account for a trust that was opened. I called the bank prior to scheduling an appointment to find out what paperwork was needed, if this was possible, and the steps. They relayed this information to me and I came to my appointment prepared. I had to wait over 30 minutes past my appointment time to be seen and then my information was gathered for about another hour before i was told the information would need to be sent to legal for review and approval and a second visit was needed. Perfect, as this followed what I was told on the phone. Upon my second visit, after everything was approved by legal, I returned to have the account setup, the paperwork needing to be provided again since I was handed off to a different banker this time, and spent two hours as they tried to figure out how to set up this type of account after we were assured the bankers were familiar with this type of process. While frustrating, at the end of the two hours we were told everything had gone through accordingly and I would receive an email with confirmation once the change went into effect. Two weeks later and no email had been received, so I followed up with the banker who assisted me only to be told that something was processed incorrectly and I needed to come back in again. When I inquired about how it was possible something wasn't processed correctly and why I hadn't been contacted sooner to be notified, I did not get an emailed response. I decided I no longer was going to waste my time with this institution if they weren't going to communicate and pulled my money and closed the account. I do not recommend doing anything with this bank, but do you are, don't do anything apart from basic banking here.

  Don't bank there. They cashed a fraudulent check on my account with no id what so ever and we have been trying for 6 months to get our money back. The surcomstances of the fraud suggests it was an inside job. We ordered new checks and the forged check number was the first check in the new book. WE STILL HAVE THE BLANK CHECK.

  Typically in and out but waited over 30 minutes in the drive through for a simple deposit, once I got to the window I finished up quickly and they multitask for 10 min doing something else , maybe a one off experience but not happy with the slow drive through
