- JBJohn BruennOct 2, 20252.0A perfect 5.0 with 3 reviews? That should tell you something. I am new to the area and needed some quarters for the laundromat while I’m getting settled. I went through their drive thru, paid the $3.50 transaction fee, went inside and asked the teller to trade her a twenty for a couple rolls of quarters. She refused saying if I don’t have an account there, company policy is we don’t make change. Apparently my $3.50 transaction fee didn’t qualify me as a customer. As petty as this is, I don’t blame the teller. I blame the petty company. I will be changing banks soon as my current bank doesn’t exist in the Keys. I can just tell you it won’t be this one.
