I had a few complicated processes happening moving here and switching banks and the employees were so helpful, patient and kind in sorting out the process. They not only solved my issues on more than one occasion, they were always pleasant and patient in helping me resolve everything. My only frustration is with some of the services seem a little outdated and things that should be able to be done electronically are unable to be done. It is hard for me to get to the bank during working hours so I want to do as much as possible electronically and have found that I have to physically go to the bank to take care of some things. Improving accessibility would be an appreciated feature.

This new FTB emerger...has taken away access to our mobile banking for over a week, to only find out that they have taken away a very important feature that we had for many years with the old Capital bank, we now cannot do mobile check deposits. This is very important to me as I don't have time to go to the bank and deposit. New accounts beware! ask questions...it used to be a pleasure to bank there until Capital Bank emerged with First Tennessee Bank. I have called numerous times and it would take 25 to 40 minutes for customer service to answer, before it would take just a few minutes. Very bad experience and would not recommend to anyone.
