- AYAria YanAug 4, 20251.0I had a very disappointing experience at this Wells Fargo branch (101 Federal Pl, Tarpon Springs). On August 4, 2025, I deposited $6,000 in cash. I counted the money multiple times before going to the bank. However, the receipt showed only $5,600. When I immediately raised the issue, I was dismissed and told that everything matched their records. I asked to review the deposit in front of someone or to check the cameras, but the staff ignored my concern and made me wait without any clear response. I work very hard for my money, and losing $400 is not a small matter. I expected better service, more respect, and a proper investigation. I hope management sees this and takes responsibility. Costumers deserve to be treated with care and fairness.

I'm use to taking care of people and I am honored to say that the team here at this branch is amazing. I was injured while on active duty and they ensured that I understood how they could assist me during my recovery from my Traumatic Brain Injury. They were instrumental in my recovery and welcoming back into the community. Great group of professionals.
