- RFRichard FeeneyMay 31, 20241.0I've had a business account for 4 years with truist. I've cashed checks at 10+ different branches and never been charged a fee because the commercial account is in my name. Today after 4 years and probably a hundred checks I'm told at this branch they havnt been following proper "protocol" and the only way to cash it would be to pay an 8$ fee. Explain to me how after 4 years this is the first person to follow "protocol" between all of them branches all of them years. Would recommend literally any branch over this one. Edit.. still cashing checks from my business account free of charge At literally every other branch 09/05/24
