- BBBlkfatigueMar 2, 20231.0Came in to deposit cash into my account. Wanted to count it once again before going to the teller but she reassured me that she has the machine and it will be quicker. The machine malfunctioned because of a slightly folded $20 bill and it spit money all over the INSIDE of the machine. Then the teller proceeded to count it. And it was $140 short of the amount I came in with. How is that even possible? I kindly asked to check all around the machine and once again inside everywhere, she did, didn’t find any but it looked like there were just so many hiding spots there! Anyway, there was no solution and I was cheated out of $140! Absolutely ridiculous! Make sure you count the money in front of them and only then hand it to the teller or you will have that surprise fee too.
