I lost a lot of money and the staff instead of helping me started to gaslight and manipulate. They were yelling at me and when I was explaining they claimed I was the one yelling - blaming me, no apologies, made me feel like I have no right to be upset and hung up the phone when I said I wanted to put in a complaint and seek damages.
