  They tell you that you pre qualify for a home make you spend thousands of dollars and then tells you no you don't qualify. I will never bank with this company.

  Came to the bank 25 minutes before closing and doors were locked and the lady inside ignored us and another customer needing to do business. Not a great look for a financial institution, maybe change your store hours to 4:30 PM instead of open until 5:00 PM.

  Needed a form notarized Friday. They said it was an hour wait, suggested I come back Monday morning. I need first thing and they said there are no appointments left, come back Tuesday. I went across the street to UPS store and had it done immediately but they charged me $10. Ouch.

  I've been banking with Wells Fargo for over 20 years. Have three personal accounts and two business accounts with Wells Fargo. My work calls for frequent visits to the bank. For the most part I've always been pleased with the branches I've done business with till recent. A move to Odessa landed me across the street from this location which I thought was a blessing. Having my bank so close would surely make things more convenient right? Unfortunately not, on three separate occasion's I've been turned away from this bank after making very simple requests. The manager hides in the back while her employees attempt to deal with unhappy customers. Today I waited 20 minutes with a five year old only to FINALY be asked what I needed and then quickly turned away due to a lack in staffing! This situation was uncalled for. All I needed was a statement/payment printed out. Why on earth have me wait 20 min while trying to keep a five year old entertained only to tell me you don't have time for me? Again, the manager has zero presence and at this point in time there were no costumers being helped at the windowor drivethrough. Sad that I'll be passing one Wells Fargo to do my business with another that's further away from my house simply to get good service!
