- CMC MooreDec 18, 20211.0Very slow service due to understaffing. Back during the summer there were an average of 5 tellers inside and 2 tellers working the drive-thru. Now there is maybe 3 tellers inside and no one to work drive-thru. There was 4 people working offices for handling accounts or loans and 2 ladies to greet people and sign them up for appointment. But now only 1 person that I have seen in that area. Now dealing with Long lines due to understaffing and no drive -thru.
