  Went in for a quick paperwork and they were able to help me quickly despite being busy and not having an appointment. Charles was very efficient and even fixed some things on our account that needed to be changed. He was very throughout and friendly.

  Mr. Charles Ingrassia at the New Tampa Wells Fargo branch provided exceptional customer service. His expertise in all Wells Fargo products and services is truly top-notch. My wife and I faced a daunting task of setting up a trust beneficiary after our lawyer finalized the necessary documents. Mr. Ingrassia made the process seamless, resolving our needs in just 15-20 minutes with his proactive, problem-solving attitude. Because of this outstanding experience, I’m eager to move more of our banking needs to this location. Highly recommend!

  I recently took my teenage daughter into this branch to open her first checking account. I was blown away by the service. We were greeted as we walked in the door, spoke with a very kind lady at the counter and waited for an opening to speak with someone about opening an account. In just a few minutes Kim came and walked us to her desk. She did a fantastic job educating my daughter on the different types of checking accounts. She was upfront with possible fees. She even helped her deposit her first check with the app and helped her link her bank card to her Apple Pay account, knowing that it would be about a week until she receives her new bank card. Then, yesterday (about a week later) Kim called my daughter to check in with her and to make sure to answer any questions that might have arisen since we were in last. All I can say is this was phenomenal customer service. I’m not sure every Wells Fargo is this way but this branch is amazing. Thanks Kim!

  I've been going to this Bank/Branch for years. Its' location is extremely convenient & parking is always easy. The drive through is always working & fast. Rarely a long wait inside or out. EMPLOYEES are the BEST, Everyone is Professional, Knowledgeable, Helpful, Friendly & Easy To Talk Too! I stop in here to do my banking whenever I can... UPDATE: Unfortunately, I had to Remove a "STAR" from my Rating Due to a Lack of Convenience with setting up a Wells-Fargo Business Bank Account... I will still be using this Bank for some personal banking, HOWEVER, I am now Looking Elsewhere for My Business Banking Needs for 3 Separate Small Businesses... (This Review Does Not Reflect My Opinion Of The Employees At This Branch, Only The Overall Convenience For Small Business Banking with Wells-Fargo).
