- ACAlex CharlesJun 17, 20251.0Never go to this branch if you expect them to help you with anything. Rude, nasty tellers and arrogant bankers who act like Wall Street executives. Do your job as branch workers and actually put forth the effort to assist your account holders.

- CGCathy GearyFeb 2, 20212.0This is the 5th time I have gone through the Gandy branch drive thru. They are very nice but 30 mins is the minimum time at the drive thru. My second visit was over an hour. There were 2 lines open today but it seems as if only one person is handling both. Today only one car in each lane and it took 22 mins to move fwd. In either lane and both left within a couple of minutes of each other. Chatting is nice but business needs to be completed quicker. If the customer is just sitting there then please politely ask them to move forward.
