- DAD. Auri.Jun 20, 20231.0Sat in the drive through for twelve minutes without so much as being greeted. Was here overall for 21 minutes for a simple deposit/to deposit one check. I’ve never been in a bank drive-thru for this long. I was on the fence about switching banks. This was my sign to do so. If they cannot hire the quality or quantity of people to accomplish a simple task timely, how can I trust them with securing/holding my money?

- DDDakota DellanoMay 1, 20183.0It really depends what time of day & what day of week you go to this branch. On slow & quiet days all the employees are all smiles & can't be nicer. But, as soon as that place gets busy, the mood of everyone at this branch turns not so nice & friendly. Also, if you need anything special done that requires actual a thinking multi step process done by the tellers, give yourself extra time as they are very slow doing the task & constantly go to supervisors for assistance. A mediocre branch of Wells Fargo.
