Maybe because there is only one person working the drive through? This is the kind of behavior that made me leave BOA. Banks are becoming sales facility’s instead of a banking institutions. I came last night but of course the atms were down then too. I wish there was another Wells nearby, but I’m stuck with this sub par facility
