- MCMeta Chen6 days ago1.0I escalated this service issue to regional manager but did not get a reply for over 2 months so I decide to write a review on Google. I walked in to this branch at 3 pm to open a business checking account. The only one banker in the branch told me that she had an appointment coming at 4 pm. Opening a checking account will take 1.5 hours so she rescheduled me for tomorrow. I arrived on time but she told me that my business partner had to be in the branch while opening the account. He could not come back to sign the papers later. However, my business partner had a business meeting coming up so he could not come over right away. Now this banker wanted to reschedule me again. I asked to speak to a branch manager. She told me the manager is taking a TWO HOURS lunch break. Today was the last day for this business checking account promotion so I called my business partner to come over. Now this banker finished opening account in 15 minutes. This banker was so lazy that she could not even walk to the teller to make deposits for us. She told us to wait in the teller line to finish account opening deposits. I had never got such treatment in any other bank before. This banker lied that it will take 1.5 hours to open an account and made me travelled to this branch 2 times. This was such a waste of my time. I could not believe this branch manager is taking 2 hours lunch break so I wrote the regional manager an email. However, it seems no one wants to do their jobs in Wells Fargo bank. I got bad treatments by lazy bankers in 2 other branches. This 2 years of banking with Wells Fargo has been a disappointment.
