Saw the balance increase and now a few days later, the deposit is missing and the brokerage department has no record of it ever existing. First bank experience in history where they lost my money. I've been trying to transfer my account to a new bank and the process has been hell on earth. What I am most grateful for in 2025 is leaving wells fargo bank. The stress of banking with them is so incredibly intense. Literally ruined my holiday, as I've been on the phone every day trying to solve one problem and jump one hurdle after another for them to give me my money.
