The branch is set up for quick problem-solving—whether you need teller help, account questions, or an ATM stop—so you can handle the essentials and get back to your day without friction. What I appreciate most about this location is how predictable it is: clear lobby hours, easy-to-find entrance in the building, and a straightforward “in-and-out” flow that matches the pace of downtown.
- CDCox A Doodle DoOct 21, 20251.0Been with Wells Fargo for 17 years and had several attempts at fraud over the years and Wells has come through. Since Covid-end-2022, and we all returned to work and the price gouging-era kicked in there has been three attempts on my account that were fraudulent. Wells Fargo has ignored each one, failed to return money, and claimed some of the most ridiculous provisions to support their nonsense. Here’s a couple good ones: “do you have any documentation that would reveal the perpetrators?” Priceless! Or this gem: “Hmm they seem to be sneaking small increments out of your account over the past year! Too bad you didn’t catch it then! We can only return 60 days worth” of the illegal theft of your account that we manage for you as a professional banking institution!! What?! Or how about after claiming to track down one violator they came back and said essentially…” we asked if it was a wrongful charge and they said ‘uh-uh’ so…” I’m sure their not the only bank that’s participating in the money grabbing/f-the customer/price-hike era, but at least look around before banking here. They’re a trash company.
