- KBKrista BarrieroMay 8, 20241.0The teller Alejandro is more than problematic! Besides being slow. And NOBODY ANSWERS THE PHONE!!! Listen if policies change, educate your customers!!! I do the exact same transaction every single month. Every month! The only thing that changes is if I do it on a Wednesday or a Friday.. that's it. It's the same transaction. I have with this bank for over 20 years... And today, I can get money from the ATM but not the teller???? Is the money at the ATM different than what the teller has?? And I only have this issue with him! Only Alejandro?? Make it make sense
- BSBrooke SJan 31, 20241.0Bank Fraud was just committed at this bank location and no one will answer the phone at the bank. Why did they allow someone to pull $ from my account? What steps were taking to identify this person? Why wasn’t an alert sent for this excessive dollar amount? Who was the teller that approved the transaction and does he or she have involvement with the crime? I have called the police. We will see.
- KKKenzie KeelingJan 4, 20231.0Bankers cannot count! The one thing you’d like to rely on your bank for is to be able to count correctly. Unfortunately, I have to use this bank because it’s the one my company chooses and as the manager I am over there quite frequently. Daniela one of their tellers beyond being slow and rude she also cannot count and didn’t give me the correct change. Now I’m out the money and they never offered to correct this mistake on there part. Really sucks when they can’t do the one thing we are trusting them to do.
