They sent me to the Neptune branch because their lobby is closed. I went to Neptune, drive thru closed. I go inside and after supplying 3 forms of ID, again to cash a payroll check from their own bank, they then charge me $7.50? They made me feel like a criminal, I've never been treated so poorly by any establishment in my life. I'm an even happier customer of SunTrust now.
