- MMmichael murrayJul 31, 20251.0Wouldn't recommend to my worst enemy. They do not answer the phone at the branch for days on end. Every drive thru window within driving distance is permanently closed. If my board would allow it, my organizations accounts would be long gone.
- APamanda pruittJun 6, 20251.0I’ve been banking with Wells Fargo for 32 years. I walked in and asked if I could get information on a business checking. Without asking me any information, they told me they could not talk to me at that time, because he had an appointment at 2:00 PM. It was 1:45 PM. They said I would have to make an appointment and come back. I drove over to 5th/3rd bank and they gave me info immediately. It was frustrating to get this type of customer service from a bank I've been with since 1992 or before and have had 2 mortgages with.
- PMPat MonahanFeb 13, 20211.0Incredibly rude woman working the counter at this location Saturday February 13th. Being new to Florida I came to open a checking and a savings account as my current bank is not located in this state. I would have proceeded to then transfer my entire savings to Wells Fargo, my trigger event being that I just purchased a lot of land and am set to proceed with a new construction home. I would have subsequently requested a mortgage / loan officer to walk me through the Wells Fargo process. That being said, I was told at the counter that in order to open an account I would have needed to make an appointment. I could see a person to the office on my right sitting and available. She was behind the counter, as was someone else working the window. It couldn’t be more apparent that this branch had zero interest in assisting me due to me coming in an hour before their closing time. I walked out of their branch and proceeded to call Chase who is right down the street. No appointment necessary, they’re currently setting me up with a checkings, savings, as well as giving me information on their mortgage options. One rude employee effects all other elements of the business.
