Worst customer service I've ever experienced at wells Fargo banks I usually go to the location on Hillsborough which is so fast and nice with service. But this Florida Ave. Location literally just accused my husband of trying to cash a "fake" check, but that isn't what upset us it was the way they implied it. All three of the women who served us gave us horrible looks and sized us. We felt so embarrassed and disrespected. I honestly think they were having a bad day and wanted to take it out on us. End of story me and my husband ended up cashing the check at a different Wells Fargo (with no problems at all) so joke was definitely on them at the end of the day since they saught it to be funny we'd even try cashing a "fake" check at the bank with all our damn personal information is held and where we'd get caught in a heart beat. Hope wells fargo as a well known respected company have a change of employees to more professional and educated staff at this location. Thank you but no thank you 👎

I gave a bank teller $162.00 out of $182.00 with the intention of depositing $152.00. After the transaction I received a $10 bill back. With the 1 $20 bill and the 1 $10 bill I had exactly $30. I when down the street to buy a tire for $30. The would not accept the $10 bill and showed me why. The $10 bill was counterfeit. With no questions asked I was allowed to leave the tire place without incident. I went back to the bank 12233 N FLORIDA AVE TAMPA, FL, 33612 to speak to a Supervisor. The Bank Manager, short white with dark hair, claim to be Brian. He argued with me about the counterfeit $10 bill. I demanded he give me a real $10 bill multiple times. After an extensive debate over the counterfeit money he finally gave me a real bill. I had to check for the strip for authenticity before accepting the bill. I will never walk out of this bank with cash money again. I do not want to go to jail because a bank is issuing fake money to the customers, and I have lost trust in this bank. It is the closest one to my house so I would have to use it or drive to the other side of town.
