    After receiving a notice from TurboTax that I may have to amend my 2024 tax return, I called their 800 number and was connected with Shotong (sp?). She spent over an hour with me, assisting with the amendments that I did, in fact, have to make. She was patient, courteous, and knowledgeable as we went through the process. Thank you!
