- EBEric BurtonDec 8, 20251.0Called to get a new card over a month ago. The card never came but the pin came. Last week I went into a branch and asked for a new card because mine is worn out and on certain card readers give me issues. Today go to use my card and its declining. Says expired. Called Truist and apparently the girl at the bank reported my card as lost even though she had it in her hands. So the card is no longer usable as of today's. A week and a half after the fact.... So it took 1.5 weeks to deactivate and send another card that might not come like the first time I requested a card... What if they had deactivated the card that same day? Id be out of a card for over a week. What if it doesnt come? I ll be out of a card for god knows how long untill it shows it if it shows up. This is also for my business account. So in the meantime I cant do any work because my business requires me to travel.
