I came in to set up a business account and Jaida N. made the experience very easy. She was very professional and knowledgable, she explained everything to me clearly and I was glad to hear that Truist Bank doesn't charge a bunch of ridiculous fees to have my business account with them. Jaida was a pleasure to work with and I am glad to have her on my team. Jen and the rest of the staff were very friendly and they made me feel welcomed as well. Also, this location is literally in walking distance from where I am currently living so I can just walk there if I need to handle any business in person. It is a Win Win Win situation!
