Was quickly helped with my banking with teller Nelli. It was very clean inside, looked grand, and Nelli was kind and fast. Wouldn’t hesitate to bank here again 🤷
- BGBridget GiuriceoDec 7, 20231.0Truist is the worst bank I’ve ever seen. They will spontaneously charge me for overdraft fees even when there is money in my account. Almost $1000 this year alone. I’ve gone into the branch and both the teller and banker will say, ‘wow this is a problem, but we can’t do anything about it, someone will call you.’ No one ever calls me. I made the mistake of using their reserve system and today without warning they took over $700 from my account. Truist is a scam. Do not bank there.

I’m not one to give bad reviews but they are slow, unequipped to handle certifies bank checks and can’t even provide you with a standard bank service, multiple times they have disappointed! A bank merger is not helping nor should be used as an excuse, they have always been a terrible bank. Take your money to a bank that knows how to service it’s customers. Your fired BB&T!
