Was quickly helped with my banking with teller Nelli. It was very clean inside, looked grand, and Nelli was kind and fast. Wouldn’t hesitate to bank here again 🤷

Dahaina was rude when explaining why she had to verify and I explained to her just two weeks prior I was able to cash my last check at the other BBT with no issue. Her response was oh well we do business differently here. Its a shame if your black you have to verify a decent living wage.
