Put me on hold another person picked up and told me to call the main number what a disappointment.

- CCCarlosJun 26, 20201.0I'm going to review on the ATM machine area. Last week I tried to deposit money and the machine was unable to. 2 days in a row. Its happens more often than not. Secondly there were panhandlers in the area, right by the ATM and the lines were cars line up. Seriously! Why? They do Not belong there. Thirdly, today i go to deposit again. And again, there's not one. But Two people hanging around. ???. The ATM machine part where it accepts the deposit. Would not open. And I was stuck there till it cancelled the transaction. Worst branch. And the closest branch is 15-45 min. Depending on traffic. Horrible branch.

His office door was open so u know it wasn't business call. The bank lady just goes behind close doors with 6customers in line. I'm glad I don't bank with BBT
