I rated the service a 1 because the experience at this Truist branch was extremely disappointing. From the moment I walked in, no one greeted or acknowledged me—they just stared. I had to initiate everything, including asking for help. The associate I dealt with was very rude and unprofessional. He barely wanted to assist me and told me I couldn’t get a debit card at the branch, even though I had received one from another location in the past. He handed me a slip to sign without explaining what it was, just placed it on the counter silently. Then, when giving me my money, he did so in an aggressive manner—still without a word. There was no thank you, no farewell, just a cold and uncomfortable interaction. I left feeling disrespected and completely dissatisfied with the service

This a hidden little treasure from Truist Banking. This location gives you concierge service! The service they give goes above and beyond any other banks that I’ve been to.

2 PM on a Monday at the end of the month. Six people waiting for one teller. Four other employees looking on. Fifth week in a row that the air is broken. No surprise when automation takes over!!!
