At Truist, our purpose is to inspire and build better lives and communities. That happens through real care to make things better. To meet client needs, to empower teammates, and to lift up communities.
I thought Truist is gonna bring some positive changes, but besides Elezabith, Renee and Liz the rest has to be changed including Shantay the manager, Specifically the manager has to be changed , all the commercial accounts are gonna be death here if she keep running this location.

Suntrust grossly betrays the trust of their customers. Predators in business casual attire that have no morals or ethics that can be discerned or found. Avoid at all costs. Nothing but thieves and pirates reside in these branches, their affiliates, their offices, and their customer care centers. I can only hope that someone with means will finally start a class action suit against them for their unethical business practices, which include holding transactions for days at a time, then charging overdraft fees in excess of 120$ when they decide to release all your payments at once, while you were under the impression that the payments were released days ago. Just because you account for your money, does not mean that they are not scheming to get paid from your overdraft fees. Shameful. Their reviews speak for themselves.
