Most recent (today) my cash deposit wouldn’t go through at S Dale Mabry branch but never returned my money or my debit card. Claim was put in and branch manager assured me it would be refunded to acct today. Currently still not there at 5pm. The number I received for help said it is 24 hrs 7 days a week but was actually closed for weekend. Contacted reg support number and they said it won’t be processed until Monday. No one gives straight answers or seems to know what’s going on ever. Now I have to wait to get my cash deposit and debit card. These types of situations need immediate resolving when someone expects to have their cash deposit available right away.
