At Truist, our purpose is to inspire and build better lives and communities. That happens through real care to make things better. To meet client needs, to empower teammates, and to lift up communities.
Truist just seems to be always confused and unable to help. The system the employees have to work with is the problem! This is my opinion of the bank.

Very unpleasant experience! Very happy to have closed my account here. I think their customer service could use some work. Would definitely advise to refrain from doing business here. I presented my driver's license which has my name, address and photo which definitely looks like me, and I was told they have to ask me verification questions since people come with fake IDs all the time. I was appalled!!! I tried telling the clerk Laura multiple times and questioned their policies but only received hostile answers.

Staff repeatedly ignores requests for services typically offered to all customers (Change requests, coin wrappers, etc.). Simple deposits counted multiple times are "Short" when they count them. I am not a fan of them counting my deposits out of sight or not in full view so we can verify how they count the deposit or calculate said shortages. They are extremely slow when responding to the drive up teller and often not in the best of moods. Their displeasure is clearly written on their faces. I will more than likely start using a new location as this one is getting worse not improving.
