    My company banks with Truist (unfortunately). Each time I bring a simple deposit, I wait at least 10 minutes sometimes 20! If I can count it in my office in 30 seconds, what takes these “professionals” so long??? Poorly trained staff or management. Either way, I’ll be taking my banking elsewhere.

    Booked an appointment online at this branch to set up a small biz bank account. I showed up at the scheduled appointment time just to be told they have no record of my appointment (nor do they have any access to the online appointment system). Was told they have zero openings for the rest of the day and that there were zero bankers or managers present. Was told to try a different branch down the street. Tried calling them 3 times and no one answered. What is the point of having an online appointment system if you don't follow it? Or the purpose of having a branch open with zero bankers or managers working? What a colossal waste of time and an abysmal experience.

    I've been a SunTrust client for many, many years and have absolutely no complaints. I've used several branches and various services - all transactions have been correct and timely. All the employees I've dealt with have been extremely competent and friendly.....many have gone above and beyond to be of assistance. Thank you, SunTrust!
