If I could give 0 stars I would. First this branch doesn’t answer their phone. Second when I went in to get a temporary card, they gave me one that didn’t even work. I asked her twice if it would work like a normal card, she assured me it would in every way work like a normal card. It hasn’t worked once. It keeps getting declined. I had to call Truist and they said there was a hold on the card? That doesn’t make any sense because they just issued this temporary card to me in person. She was unable to make the temporary card work and said I had to wait for the replacement debit card that’s coming in the mail, but that doesn’t work because I am traveling and need a card. Hence the temporary card. Third, one of the tellers was very nice and welcoming, the other female teller kept giving dirty looks and didn’t even greet me. Acted like I was interrupting her conversation. I’ve been on the phone for 24 mins currently trying to get my temporary card activated. Worst bank I’ve had in years.

Called to get a new card over a month ago. The card never came but the pin came. Last week I went into a branch and asked for a new card because mine is worn out. Yesterday i go to use my card and its declining. Says expired. Apparently the girl at the bank reported my card as lost even though she had it in her hands. So the card is no longer usable as of yesterday A week and a half after....
So it took a week to deactivate and the card was supposed to arrive today. It didn't come. Again. This is my business account and now its costing money and I have a customer treating to sue me because they already payed for the work and i cant get on a plane to go do the job. Someone needs to get fired asap.
Update 12/16. 2nd card never showed up.

I did not even want to give 1 star but it is the only way to write a review. This office has gone down hill from the previous staff. Evevyone there is rude and has no idea what they are doing. The branch manager Cecy cant even speak english. She has run off the staff and now the customers. Glad I closed my account terrible branch.
