    This bank is constantly understaffed. I've tried to open an account twice and they don't have the manpower to open an account. At some point, it's not a staffing issue, it's a choice not to hire enough bodies to perform the basic tasks of a bank - like take your money and keep it safe. This bank does not live up to it's "most convenient bank" moniker.

    Drive-through not open go inside the bank one teller terrible service been going to the bank on Kennedy since it was central bank 40 years ago. The worst service that there is ever been able to be a shade of them selves.

    Horribly Understaffed. Be prepared to spend approximately 2 hours to even open an account and attempt to give them your money!

    This is the worst branch in the Bay Area you have one person assisting a handful of people and there is no one else around to help out the person tending the customers I really think as a bank this is very unprofessional service as a bank I won’t be putting my money in this institution whatsoever I don’t know what kind of bank you guys have running here but this is by far one of the worse service

    I got approved for $50k business line of credit. The associate mentioned something about payments being automatically taken out of my account. Refused to explain how that works. We can talk about it at closing. Refused to tell me what the interest rate was. On the day of closing he called me 2 hours beforehand to let me know that my business partner needed to be there. News to me. He wasn't required to be there the previous week when I signed paperwork. No mention of this in email or phone when appointment was set. I asked why he didn't tell me this last week. He pushed his mistake onto me telling me that I should have known. THAT is so insulting and unprofessional. Avoid.
