  I opened some accounts here because of promised bonuses. One of conditions was that I use the online banking services several times a month. I set up my mortgage payment and they froze my account for the entire weekend. I called customer service multiple times and was given different information each time. First call took 45 minutes. I was on hold for 30+min, I had to verify my identity, and they told me the freeze would go away after a few hours. 6 hours later, nothing. I called back, on hold for 10+ minutes, had to verify my identity, and was told it was the weekend and they couldn't do anything and to call back Monday morning. SMH. Then on Monday when I called, they verified my identity and told me they could not do anything for me over the phone. I had to go in-person to the branch to get it straightened out. I went this morning and spent another 45 minutes with the assistant manager, Rafael, calling the fraud department and verifying who I was and he told me it would resolved shortly. I am writing this over 5 hours later. Still frozen! I called the bank, and the "supervisor" Stacy, was extremely rude to me threatening to hang up on me. She said whatever happened gave me no right to be frustrated and that I could not talk to her with any emotion. When you call them, the recording states they offer world-class customer service and inside their bank, their "motto" is something like America's Most Convenient bank. It feels like they went out of their way to show how inconvenient is to have my money at their bank and Stacy proved that they customer service is nowhere near world-class. Maybe third-world class service where they yell at the customers.

  Went open an account with my son. There was one customer in the bank. The manager said I had to come back 3 hora later or go to a different branch because they were too busy to open accounts. Never going back

  Just moved to the area, and had to go through the drive through for service (due to COVID). There were two cars in front of us; and the wait was 50 minutes. Ridiculous, so much for most convenient bank.

  After checking in, I had to wait while all the bankers chit chatted. Jasmattia never smiled once during our interaction and couldn’t even get me a signature guarantee for an item I needed (to be fair the assistant manager didn’t even try to accommodate). Even though I currently have a business checking account, they made me jump through a ridiculous amount of hoops just to open a savings account. I never did. These people are fake.
