    I have called in to Mass mutual a couple of times and have had mixed feelings about their customer service. The website is constantly having issues too. Just yesterday I let them know that I was misinformed about a few fees and policies on my account. Instead of the customer service team being sympathetic or offering to resolve my issue he said that we can go back to that date and listen to my conversation to see what was really said. Basically saying that I'm a liar and he doesn't believe me. I told him that is the most ridiculous thing I've ever heard. As much as I'd love to wait as they search through their records and listen to my conversation again it would have been easier to just take care of my issue and get on with our lives. As for the actual mutual funds they are expensive and there are alot of better places to trust with your money. I'll be moving mine out shortly.

    I called and wanted WRITTEN materials, so I could compare with other similar programs. They won't do that. They'll talk to you on the phone, but you cannot get anything in writing. Why they cannot be that honest, I do not know, but it tells me they would rather bully you on the telephone than set down what they do in writing. That, then, is not a company I want to do business with and that I can trust.
