They provided new account number and credentials for online access but once I completed set-up says I have no accounts. This is after making a sizable deposit in person two weeks ago. When calling this branch can't get a human to pick up. Will have to drive back to Tampa tomorrow and wait in the lobby for an hour to get noticed by one of their bankers.
