- STsara trujilloOct 17, 20251.0I’ve been a loyal Wells Fargo customer for over 10 years, and this has been the worst service experience I’ve ever had. This is my second visit to this branch. The first time, I was told there were no available appointments. Later, I was given one, but when I arrived just a few minutes late, my appointment was canceled, and I was told I’d need to schedule another one. At this point, I’ve had to go to the same location three times just to be seen. The customer service is truly disappointing — the staff seems overwhelmed and unhelpful. It feels like this branch is seriously understaffed, and it’s affecting the customer experience. I strongly suggest you review staffing and service protocols at this location.

Also when someone does come out to assist that person does not even ask who came in first they just select who they want to talk to. Wait time to obtain a document was over 35 minuets. This branch requires changes asap.
