- RSRebecca SMar 26, 20245.0We have had nothing but a great experience here at this branch. Ann and Shawn are always so helpful, answer questions, and treat us like real human beings. The tellers are polite and friendly. We see some of the reviews report how "slow" it is here. What we have found is that they don't rush the customer. They answer the questions and try to help everyone. That is one reason we gave a 5-star review. In this rat race world where people become a number and rushed as if they are an inconvenience, this branch truly excels in what true "customer service" is.

- JJJeffFeb 22, 20211.0THIS BRANCH IS HORRIFYINGLY ATROCIOUS! If you are considering on opening a BB&T account at this branch, I strongly urge you to reconsider not going to this location. The customer service at this branch is so atrocious, I am still considering closing out my other account. If you’re looking to open an account with BB&T, I recommend going to the Fort Lauderdale location on West Cypress Creek Rd and NW 15th avenue.
