No answer. Then after a long time a recording saying to call during normal business hours. THIS IS NORMAL BUSINESS HOURS! I still cannot make an appointment with the Bank Manager. After finally speaking with a banker, he says there is no Manager available and has no idea when the Manager will be at that or a nearby branch. Don't they have schedules to give customers an idea of when to make an appointment? On top of that, the answer was NO to any questions I had. Disgraceful. I think we will move our business to another local bank that values their customers.
