One of the worst branches I’ve been to in terms of service, much better off going to the second closest branch.

So I came to this particular bank, because it’s right down the street from my job. Never had been here, and I can see why. I came here to withdraw money from my account and I’m guessing the amount that I was withdrawing made the clerk wonder, and second guess. Why? That I don’t know. She immediately began to question me about my account and the affairs of it that clearly was not her concern. I honestly felt as if I was racially profiled and discriminated against because of the question and the hard time she was giving me. I’m an honest person with an honest full time job, with a second partnership outside of my full time job. But she was not having anyone of or not even listening. She was adamant to keep me from my funds that she even said I wasn’t going to get them. So she took it upon herself to do whatever she did and got my account CLOSED and my funds held to this day. So I complied with Suntrust providing ALL necessary paperwork and to this day... which now it has been a month and my funds are still froze and they refuse to release them. It took them one day to close and freeze my account but, it’s taking them over a month to release them. This is sad an very unprofessional and I was oppose to reopening with them if they can solve this and get my funds to me but I’m going to pass. This all began August 10, 2020. It is now September 13, 2020 and I still don’t have my funds. It’s been a month and mind you they asked for necessary documents and hard proof that they have that I provided but yet and still my funds are still being held.
