As a whole, the customer service is awful. Terrible! This bank appears to have been sold out to a different country. I am stopping all business with this bank.

On Saturday, September 27, 2025, I made a withdrawal from my business account at around 11:30 a.m., and I was followed from that bank for about an hour until I stopped at a gas station. While I went inside the store, they broke my car window and took the money. My question is, how did they know I was carrying that money?
It is very dangerous; I don’t know if the bank staff can be trusted because there were only two elderly customers inside. I called the police, and I hope they can find those people.

On July 31, 2025, at approximately 3:30 PM, I arrived at this Wells Fargo location at the request of a long-standing Wells Fargo customer and business partner. Our purpose was simple: to have a contractual agreement signed and notarized. I arrived a few minutes early and informed the staff that I was meeting a Wells Fargo customer for a notary service.
There were three tellers present—none of whom were notaries—and two bankers assisting other customers. I was told that without an appointment, we might not be able to get the document notarized. I waited for my business partner to arrive, and once he did, the teller consulted with a banker (believed to be named Christy) to see if she could assist.
Despite my business partner being a Wells Fargo customer, we were told—through the teller, not directly by the banker—that the notary service could not be provided because I was not a customer. Instead of a solution-oriented approach, we were met with rigid policy enforcement and a complete lack of flexibility or professionalism. The banker never even addressed us directly, which felt dismissive and disrespectful.
We were ultimately directed to the UPS Store across the street, where notary services cost $10 per stamp. Ironically, VyStar Credit Union—also across the street—offers notary services to both members and their guests, a far more inclusive and customer-friendly approach and there's no need for an appointment, walk-ins are accepted.
This experience was not only frustrating but also embarrassing. It reflected poorly on Wells Fargo’s commitment to customer service and community engagement. As a business professional, I expected better—especially when dealing with a major financial institution. Wells Fargo missed an opportunity to support its own customer and left a lasting negative impression.

I deposited a check yesterday in a new account. Today I wanted some of it. Wasn't allowed to get what I wanted. Had to settle for another amount. What's so disrespected they had the nerve to ask about the check and why I needed the money. All I can say is I had to really bite my tongue. My mom past away and it was money from her estate. It was none of their business but I kept my cool. I will be closing this account ASAP

No drive up at this location. Building hot & the “bankers” were dumping clients on the teller with tasks that the bankers needed to do.
Of all the locations I have been in this is the worst
